Standard delivery is free for all supported destinations listed on this page. There is no separate standard shipping charge added to your confirmed order.
Preparation & Blessing
Personalized preparation and blessing usually require approximately 5–7 days. If you ask the master to focus on a specific concern or require additional preparation, this stage may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 7–15 days. Timing may vary slightly according to destination, local courier arrangements, customs processing, and special preparation requests.
Order Confirmation
Before preparation begins, our team will send you the product details, final price, recipient name, phone number, and delivery address for confirmation. Preparation starts only after you confirm the order information.
Damage, Replacement & Returns
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video. After the issue is confirmed, DAO SIGIL will arrange a replacement at no additional charge. Personalized or blessed items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once preparation has begun. An item that has been worn for one week without a confirmed quality issue is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please inspect your parcel soon after delivery. For damage or an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with your order details and clear photos or video so that we can assist promptly.
