Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. Our team will review your case based on product type, preparation status, and available evidence.

General Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Please provide your order details, reason for the request, and photos or video where relevant.

Eligible Issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video. After the issue is confirmed, DAO SIGIL will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

Custom Items

Custom, birthdate-based, personalized, or spiritually prepared items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once preparation has started, unless there is a confirmed product issue.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind requests are not accepted after preparation has started or after dispatch. Please review the product, final price, and delivery information carefully before confirming your order.

Return Condition

If a return is approved, the item should be unused, undamaged, and returned with its packaging. An item worn for one week without a confirmed quality issue is not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time

If a refund is exceptionally approved, our team will confirm the refund method and expected processing time directly after the case is reviewed.
